The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to the full privacy policy below.
The data controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Valon Creative Agency LLC
1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R 4b

Email: business@val-on.com
The data controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. The managing member Alexander Vallon is habitually resident in the European Union (Bulgaria) and serves as the contact person for data protection matters.
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and this privacy policy. When you use this website, various personal data are collected. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and on what legal basis this occurs.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided (name, email address, company if applicable, message), will be forwarded to us by email for the purpose of processing the inquiry. We do not store your data in a database — the information is transmitted exclusively via email and retained in our email inbox. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form with the privacy checkbox activated. Your data will be deleted from our email inbox after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You may revoke your consent at any time — the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit our website, your personal data (in particular IP addresses, access times and page views) are processed on Vercel's servers. The use of Vercel is in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online service by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may also process data in the USA. The data transfer is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For more information, see Vercel's privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We distinguish between the following cookie categories:
Technically necessary cookies: These cookies are required for the operation of the website (e.g., language settings, cookie consent). They are stored based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Storage duration is up to 1 year.
Analytics cookies: These cookies are only set after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). These include Google Analytics cookies (_ga: 2 years, _gid: 24 hours). You can change or revoke your cookie settings at any time via the "Cookie Settings" button in the footer of our website.
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Usage only occurs after your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google before you give your consent.
Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses by default. The information generated by the cookie is transferred to a Google server. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission are additionally in place.
You can revoke your consent at any time by changing your cookie settings in the footer. Upon revocation, existing analytics cookies are automatically deleted.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate your consent status to Google in a GDPR-compliant manner. By default, all Google services are blocked (analytics_storage: denied, ad_storage: denied, ad_user_data: denied, ad_personalization: denied). Only after your explicit consent are the corresponding services activated.
This website uses Google Fonts that are hosted locally on our server (self-hosting). When you visit our website, no connections are made to Google servers. No data is transferred to Google.
Our website contains links to our social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). These are simple links — no plugins or tracking pixels from social networks are integrated. Only when you click on one of these links and visit the respective platform do their privacy policies apply.
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
To exercise your rights, please contact: business@val-on.com
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). You may contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
In connection with the use of our website, data may be transferred to the USA — in particular through hosting by Vercel and, with your consent, through Google Analytics. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR) as well as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). The transfer to Google Analytics only takes place if you have consented to its use via our cookie banner.
We do not store your personal data in a proprietary database. Contact inquiries are forwarded by email and deleted upon completion of processing. Server log files are stored by the hosting provider in accordance with their privacy policy and automatically deleted. Google Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months per Google's default settings. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent for data processing, your data will be deleted promptly unless statutory retention obligations apply.
For sending contact form inquiries, we use an external email service provider (SMTP server). Your form data is transmitted in encrypted form. No further processing or storage by the email service provider takes place beyond the transmission itself. The use is based on our legitimate interest in reliable and secure delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This privacy policy is currently valid as of March 2026. Due to the further development of our website or changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current version can always be accessed on this page.
